When I first saw it, I looked at the cover and glanced at the table of contents. Then I put it back on the shelf. The table of contents just didn’t catch my interest.  In fact, it reminded me of my boring university textbooks.

Shortly after that, a mentor of mine briefly mentioned it in a presentation and told everyone to buy it. That’s all he said about it. When he finished his presentation he had at least a 40% closing ratio on what he was offering. So, I immediately went back to the bookstore to buy it. It was gone.
